Due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus), issuing of certificates have been delayed. Each request is received and processed when staff is available. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. We are alway available by phone or email should you have any questions.
All certificates are sent out by email to all students, and upon requests, to the employer. If you have not received your certificate it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The certificate email may have went to your junkmail box.
- The incorrect email address was used or no email address specified.
- The account has not been paid in full.
Before sending a request, please check the above noted items first. If you don’t have an email address or wish to have your certificate sent by mail or pickup, please complete the online “Certificate Request” form below.
Your certificates are available directly from the training organizations. To access your certificates for:
For all other certificates, they are issued directly through our office via email. You can obtain them by completing the online “Certificate Request” below or by calling our office.
To request a copy of your certificate from our office please click on the “Certificate Request” form below.
You are encourage to look for the certificate in your email, including junk-mail, first.
Please note that there is a processing fee of $15.00 plus HST that must be paid before re-issued certificate are processed.
