Wilderness First Aid – Intermediate
This 16–20 hour Wilderness First Aid – Intermediate course builds on basic skills to prepare participants for managing medical emergencies in remote environments with delayed access to care. Designed for those who work or lead groups outdoors, the course emphasizes patient assessment, extended care, environmental emergencies, and decision-making using limited resources. Through hands-on scenarios, participants develop the confidence to manage injuries and illnesses over longer periods until evacuation or advanced care is available.
