Blended
First Aid Training
Blended learning provides a flexible way to earn your CSA Approved First Aid certification by combining online self-directed learning with in-class practical training. This approach allows participants to complete the theory portion at home at their own pace, and then attend a scheduled in-class session focused on hands-on skills and evaluation.
How It Works

Complete the Online Module
Participants must first complete the self-directed online learning module before attending the in-class session.

Attend the In-Class Skills Day
After finishing the online portion, participants attend a scheduled in-class skills session where they will practice required skills and complete the final assessment.

Receive Certification (Workplace NL & Transport Canada Approved)
Once both components are successfully completed, participants will receive their First Aid certification.

Important Information

The online module MUST be completed prior to the in-class skills session.

Schedule changes may be permitted for a fee. If a participant reschedules, the online module will need to be repeated.
- Times during skills day: CPR/AED Level C & Basic First Aid: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Intermediate and Marine First Aid 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
