No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our training and services, the following policy applies to all bookings, including classes, training sessions, and appointments:
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Start Time
- Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time is considered a late cancellation.
- All fees are forfeited, and the participant will be required to rebook within 30 days they wish to attend a future session.
No-Show Policy
- A no-show occurs when a participant fails to attend their scheduled class or appointment without prior notice.
- All fees are forfeited, and the participant will be required to rebook within 30 days they wish to attend a future session.
Rescheduling After Late Cancellation or No-Show
- Bookings may be rescheduled within 30 days after a no-show or late cancellation, but a rescheduling fee will apply.
- This fee must be paid in full before a new date is confirmed or attendance is permitted.
General Notes
- Fees that are forfeited or rescheduling fees help cover administrative, staffing, and preparation costs.
- By completing a booking, participants acknowledge and accept this policy.
